“To live in the present moment is a miracle. The miracle is not to walk on water. The miracle is to walk on the green earth in the present moment, to appreciate the peace and beauty that are available now.”

~Thich Nhat Hanh

Hello. :)

My name is Stacia Rae Robitaille.

Long ago, I learned I am nothing, yet I am everything; consistently seeing myself in all other human beings, animals and nature.

There's so much we can embrace in a lifetime, if we’re open to it; joy and beauty, which exists all around us, even when we suffer, or go through difficult times.

It was through my own deep suffering that I found nothing can truly harm me except my very own thoughts.

I learned to surrender to what is, let go of what was, and not worry about what may be.

If we are lost in the past, or future, we miss the joy and beauty in the present moment, the only thing that really exists.

We also close our hearts to others in order to protect ourselves from being hurt, yet it feels so much better to have deeply loved, then to have not loved at all. We must not miss even the smallest opportunities to choose love and compassion for our own well-being and happiness. Our bodies thank us and our minds are at peace.

Additionally, we can open our hearts to those who need our help. We will all need help at one point in our lifetimes. Being of service to others has personally been one of my biggest blessings; my earthly purpose.

The kindness we give to another will feed our very own hearts.

This website is simply another way I can humbly share my thoughts, experiences and wisdom, as I continue my own personal journey in learning from others, growing through adversity and deepening with every lesson life presents.

Please enjoy.

May you live with your feet planted firmly on the ground, your head reaching for the clouds, your heart opened widely, and your mind curious and fascinated by the beauty and joy we can find in each precious moment.

Warmly,

Stacia Rae Robitaille

Wherever you are, and what ever you do, be in love.

"Fear is our greatest teacher; face it head on and walk through it — even if you have to close your eyes for a brief moment. The beauty is, you will have no choice but to stay totally present and you will soon be reunited with courage."

When I was a young girl, I would often dream of embarking on a magical journey that would lead me to a castle from another place and time. Little did I know it would happen while trekking six-hundred and sixty-three miles across Northern Spain, alone; at fifty years of age.

Dreams do come true, just maybe a little differently than we imagined them.

All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them.

Anxiety was born in the very same moment as mankind. And since we will never be able to master it, we will have to learn to live with it – just as we have learned to live with storms.
— Paulo Coelho
